Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and meet quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in construction management.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate construction crew activities
- work along side laborers to ensure quality
- Estimate project costs and materials needed
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations for safety on job sites
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to achieve project goals
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed
Qualifications:
-knowledge of construction/ demolition
- Previous experience in construction estimating and supervising
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a construction crew
