RCS Fleet Services, Inc. is currently seeking a diesel mechanic, for our growing repair facility in Bealeton, VA. Our facility is also home to RCS Trucking – a 60 truck fleet with over 100 trailers (Flatbed, Heavy-Haul, and Van). We also service numerous local commercial accounts. As an RCS Fleet Services diesel mechanic your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct Safety Checks on Trucks and Trailers
- Diagnosing all phases of vehicle and equipment repair.
- Perform inspection, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, DPF, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on vehicles and equipment.
- Tractor and Trailer preventive maintenance
- Ensuring work orders are completed accurately.
- Moving vehicles safely
- Communicating professionally with customers, team members, and management.
- Participate in safety or educational training as required.
Qualifications:
- Preferred minimum of 3-years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic.
- Welding experience with aluminum and steel preferred
- Fabrication
- Must have your own tools.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
- Able to work under limited supervision.
- Safety first atmosphere.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
