Game Day Representative – NFL FLAG Football
We are RCX Sports, the leader in youth sports experiences and events. While diverse in our offerings, we are the official licensee and operating partner of NFL FLAG, JR NBA Leagues, NHL Street Hockey, MLB Jr. Pitch Hit and Run, and MLB Jr. Home Run Derby. As an RCX Sports Game Day Representative you will be the weekly on-field event coordinator for all operations during the league season. You will work with our national operations team to provide quality and engaging experiences for youth athletes of all ages. At RCX Sports, we believe sports have the power to transform lives and that every child should have the opportunity to play the game they love.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee NFL FLAG game day operations including set-up and break down league booth and fields, handle game situations involving coaches, players, parents and officials
- Establish relationships with coaches and officials, and fill in as a coach or official as needed
- Prepare official’s scorecards, sell mouth guards, and meet and greet customers at the field
- Communicate with supervisor throughout week, attend weekly Game Day Rep meetings at night and submit Weekend League Review (scores, events of the day, etc.)
- Communicate with supervisor throughout day via phone with internet access
- Respectfully resolve conflicts and address concerns and questions from customers appropriately
- Regularly attend coaches’ meetings, staff trainings, weekly meetings with supervisor
Additional Job Information:
- Work Schedule: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Saturdays or Sundays for the duration of the 8-10-week season
- Must be able to pass the Official’s rules test with a 90% or higher accuracy rate
- Must be willing to officiate in the event of missing officials and coach games in the event of a missing coach

Requirements
What you’ll bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service-oriented personality
- Problem-solving skills and conflict resolution experience
- Enthusiastic approach and a passion for youth sports
- Ability to carry a minimum of 25 lbs., stand and/or walk for extended periods of time, transport/store large, cumbersome equipment (storage bin, canopy tent, etc.)
