Job Description

Need BA with any CMS tools preferably AEM

Requirements:

· Understanding of CMS structure and gathering CMS requirements for Components/Templates/Fragments/Workflow.

· Adobe Experience Manager (CMS) experience is a must.

· Should be good at documentation for detailing out the CMS User Manual / Authoring guide and CMS component spec documents.

· Should be able to create component wireframes for CMS Components in Collaboration with AEM Leads/Architects.

· A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

· Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

· The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

· Advanced technical skills. Excellent documentation skills.

· Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

· Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· A track record of following through on commitments.

· Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

· Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.

· A history of leading and supporting successful projects. Ecommerce experience is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Creation of the Feature list based on the requirements documents considering both frontend & backend CMS. (SoW/Proposal).

· Elicitation of the feature and the requirements with the stakeholders.

· Writing User Stories and build the product backlog.

· Creation of Wireframe in collaboration with UX/UI designers.

· Feature List, User story and wireframing document review with internal reporting manager and incorporate the feedback as appropriate.

· Coordinate with the client stakeholders and get the business deliverable sign off from the client.

· Brainstorming the requirement with the internal stake holders.

· Organizing and leading the requirements walkthrough session with the development & testing teams to spread the requirement.

· Develop and maintain customer relationship and satisfaction.

· Ability to demonstrate the application with the stakeholder on a weekly basis.

· Ability to capture the bugs/feedbacks during the walk through with the stakeholder. Active Participation in Bug Triage meetings.

· Takes up project review session with the Manager to improve the Business Deliverables.

Salary : $87,200 - $110,000
