Digital Marketing Strategist

This position will drive our digital marketing tactics, including paid and organic search, display, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. They will develop and execute comprehensive strategies for all product lines and e-commerce; analyze campaign performance; and use data to optimize marketing efforts. A successful candidate will stay current with emerging technologies and trends, efficiently manage multiple projects, and leverage new opportunities to maximize our online presence. Specific Duties Include:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to define target audiences, key messaging, and campaign objectives.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, and content marketing for all RDO Equipment Co. product lines.
• Create ads and placement on shopping websites (i.e. Amazon.com; Walmart.com; eBay.com; others) in support of e-commerce initiatives.
• Configure and manage Google Merchant Center and shopping ads in support of e-commerce initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with creative and communications teams to develop compelling and engaging content for digital marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing emerging platforms, trends, tools, and industry best practices, and implement innovative strategies to to expand our online reach and maintain a competitive edge.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.
• Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of RDO Equipment Co.
• Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
• Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, including open book meetings, huddles, department meetings and other related efforts.
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.

Job Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a digital marketing strategist or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics tools.
• Analytical skills, with the ability to independently interpret and derive insights from data. Experience in Google Analytics, Looker Studio and communicating campaign results and ROI.
• Demonstrated experience and success with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and lead generation-focused SEM/PPC marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills; experience writing marketing content for a variety of channels.
• Ability to focus on supporting and completing assigned projects and meeting deliverables on time.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications.
• Up to 10 percent travel is required.
• Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
