What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Administrator position at RDO Induction?
RDO Induction and Fancort Industries are leading manufacturers and distributors of industrial equipment. We are looking for a General Administrator to process orders, place POS, and manage inventory to support one or more of our operating companies. The role will report to our operations leader and include training and procedures for most aspects of your position. Some experience in a small business manufacturing or distribution environment is best. For the right candidate, there will be opportunities for growth in skill and responsibility.

The role has two locations - West Caldwell, NJ which is our Headquarters, and Washington, NJ which is a distribution location. Your ideal location will be less than 1-hour commute to either location.
Qualifications:
3 years of order processing experience including ERP or QuickBooks.
3 years of customer/sales support creating quotes, processing orders, and updating customer delivery expectations.
Bookkeeping including QuickBooks is ideal.
