What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales and Design Consultant position at Re-Bath?
The Mission of a Design Consultant is to drive company top line revenue in Suburban Philadelphia and the Lehigh Valley. This will be done by meeting with homeowners who have expressed interest in having Re-Bath remodel their bathroom.
Outcomes
1. Meet or exceed company NSLI (Net Sale per Lead Issued) targets to ensure sales efficiency.
2. Meet or exceed personal revenue targets.
3. Participate in a weekly Level 10 meeting as part of the Design Consultant Team where you will be engaged in collective problem solving.
4. Meet with homeowners to review options for bathroom remodeling and secure contracts
5. Proficient use of the Re-Bath Sales System.
6. Set clear expectations for our customers.
7. Support company mission of Pursuing an Exceptional Employee and Customer experience.
8. Help to maintain the company’s 4.9 Star Google rating by providing professional and proactive communication with customers as necessary.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
