POSITION SUMMARY
This position requires the admin to support various business areas and needs. Duties include, but are not limited to: Reception and telephone duties, data entry, financial statements, processing all checks and payments, maintain escrow trust account, process all pending sales, ordering supplies and other administrative tasks. Assist the Managing Broker.
Assumes receptionist duties, greets public, answer phones and refers them to appropriate agent. Good people skills required.
