Job Title: Bookkeeper
Job Hours: 25 - 30 hours per week
Job Location: in-office, Blue Bell, PA
Job Summary:
Real Estate firm in Blue Bell is looking for a bookkeeper to work 25-30 hrs./week. The ideal candidate will have the ability to plan, prioritize and complete tasks without direct supervision. **Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently is a must. **Must have excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
*Bookkeeping experience in Real Estate, Title, or Mortgage industry preferred.*
*Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:*
* *Process and manage multiple real estate transactions a day*
* *Process various bank reconciliations and deposits for various accounts*
* *Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable*
* *General ledger maintenance*
*Requirements of the Position:*
* *Will be utilizing proprietary real estate and accounting software so MUST be able to take initiative to learn programs with minimal direction*
* *Ability to prioritize and problem solve in a fast-paced work environment*
* *Highly organized and detail-oriented*
* *Ability to handle confidential information*
* *Assistance with general office duties*
* *Strong verbal and written communication skills*
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Experience:
