Job Overview:
We are actively seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our Team. Your role will be to assist in the financial activities related to Agent commission processing and their expenses, organization assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and other financial areas. This role will also partner with our Administrative Staff to ensure the company receives correct commission amounts and overseeing the closing of all transactions. Real Estate experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain & process transactions
  • Prepare & release agent commissions and monthly billing statements
  • Review, obtain approval, and reconcile credit card transactions monthly for our agents
  • Maintain & reconcile various bank accounts on a monthly basis
  • Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements, including but not limited to: - Reviewing monthly activity for reasonableness
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivables
  • Assist with filing various tax returns and participate in other tax related activities, including but not limited to; preparation and distribution of Agent’s NEC-1099 forms
  • Perform payroll operations partnering with our payroll specialist company

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience as a real estate Finance Administrator or similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of MS EXCEL and accounting software
  • Solid knowledge of accounting procedures
  • Excellent math skills with an attention to detail
  • Time-management abilities
  • Confidentiality

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
