PROFESSIONAL AGENT - You have built a solid, predictable business now go generate more leads than you can handle and rely on the rest of the team to help you do more.
Are you a motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for real estate and a calling to serve others? RE Solutions is seeking a highly-driven Real Estate Agent to join our brokerage. As a key player in our expanding agency, you will have the opportunity to serve clients at the highest and best level by acting as their consultant, advocate, and negotiator. You'll play a pivotal part of helping individuals and families buy, sell, and invest in their homes.
Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Generate leads and build a client base through various channels, including networking, marketing, and referrals.
  • Property Valuation: Conduct thorough market research to accurately assess property values and provide clients with realistic and competitive pricing.
  • Listing and Sales: Create compelling property listings, conduct showings, and guide clients through the sales process from listing to closing.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure a smooth and transparent transaction process

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License: Must possess a valid real estate license in Kentucky.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Client-Focused: A commitment to providing exceptional client service and building lasting client relationships.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in real estate software, CRM systems, and online marketing platforms.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and set and achieve ambitious goals.
