**Job Title: Job Coach**
**Responsibilities:**
- Teach and provide support to high school students/employees with job tasks as needed
- Develop and assist students/employees in achieving goals and improving job skills
- Share learning strategies related to time management, organization, and self-efficacy
- Cover employer areas primarily in Erie County, with potential visits to surrounding counties
- Work independently and demonstrate flexibility with hours, including occasional evenings
- Collaborate effectively in teamwork, fostering relationships both within and outside the agency
- Create and maintain a tracking system for student status and progress
- Offer on-the-job and off-the-job barrier support to students/employees as needed
- Establish and maintain relationships with employers and career-based educators to support student/employee development
- Assist supervisor in achieving program objectives
- Assess worksite concerns and develop action plans as needed.
- Attend team meetings, communicate concerns, and report progress to appropriate personnel
**Qualifications:**
**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Preferred: 1 year of experience as a Job Coach or related field
- Must pass a background check and drug test
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
- Strong professional demeanor
- Highly relational and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs (Google Workspace)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
