Upon receipt of an offer of employment, candidates must satisfactorily complete the required drug screen, physical, and background checks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices in ERP system (Vista).
• Validate vendor invoices against Purchase Orders.
• Ensure proper approval of invoices.
• Identify discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices and resolve issues by communicating with relevant individuals.
• Reconcile vendor statements against vendor open items.
• Manage and reconcile credit card accounts.
• Assist with month end closing.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
• Assist with special projects.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years’ experience in accounts payable or accounting related field preferred, manufacturing or construction industry a plus.
• Basic understanding of accounts payable process and general accounting knowledge.
• Competency in Excel and Outlook. Experience with ERP software helpful.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work.
• Organizational skills.
