DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Filing and assisting other office staff when required.
- Prepares client and worker folders, record files, and general filing of records and documents.
- Database entry as directed.
- Type, create, and mail correspondence and packages.
- Answers telephone, e-mails, and replies to questions accordingly.
- Maintains informational and/or operational documents.
Requirements:

- Demonstrated work experience in high volume call center or office setting - Required.
- Oral communication skills to receive and convey information clearly and concisely - Required.
- Proficient Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiar with Database operation/entry
- Ability to type with speed and accuracy 45 wpm - Required.
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks - strongly preferred
- Demonstrated work experience in a call center - Preferred
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- Lift heavy
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
