Enrollment Representative - Marketing

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Enrollment Representatives for our marketing department. As an Enrollment Representative, your primary responsibility will be to sign out phones, tablets, and Lifeline services to potential customers. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and a genuine interest in helping individuals access affordable communication devices and services.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough consultations with potential customers to identify their communication needs and recommend suitable phones, tablets, and Lifeline services.

- Provide detailed product information, including pricing, features, and benefits, to potential customers.

- Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade customers to enroll in our Lifeline program and purchase phones and tablets.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with any changes or updates.

- Accurately complete enrollment paperwork and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained from customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable, particularly in the telecommunications industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively promote our products and services.

- Basic knowledge of mobile devices, tablets, and Lifeline services.

- Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate various software systems.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle paperwork and documentation.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
