Producer

Real Art is looking to add a Producer to our dynamic team in Dayton, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring we meet our clients' needs and deadlines. As a crucial liaison between our clients and our in-house teams, you will be involved in creating schedules, crafting proposals, and nurturing client relationships. Our Producers play a vital role in the creative process, directing teams and managing project details across various creative disciplines.

In this role, you'll engage with all aspects of our business, and your familiarity with diverse design solutions and digital technologies is extremely helpful. Creativity is at the core of what we do, and you'll have the opportunity to have hands-on involvement in the process.

Responsibilities & Skills:

Effective Communicator: Build positive relationships with our internal team members, clients, and vendors, ensuring everyone stays on the same page and projects run smoothly.

Budget Management: Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, resource needs, and cost estimates for various project types. You'll be responsible for keeping projects on budget and within scope.

Master Scheduler: Create realistic project timelines with clear milestones, ensuring everyone is prepared for their part in the project.

Traffic Coordinator: Anticipate upcoming projects and collaborate with the team to adjust workloads as needed.

Quality Control: Ensure the final deliverables meet our high-quality standards.

In addition to the mentioned responsibilities, this role will involve travel. As we collaborate with clients and teams across different locations, you'll have opportunities to travel to different sites and work with a diverse range of people for activations, and or video shoots.

Our ideal candidate is a natural leader with excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn new things. Experience in branding, video production, or digital design and development is helpful, but not required.
