As a Senior Analyst, you will work in our fast-growing Sales Operations, Integration, and Business Analytics group at Real Chemistry with a team of ambitious, supportive, and hard-working colleagues that always seek to do things better, faster, and smarter. Your main responsibilities will be to optimize our analytics (i.e., dashboards, KPI’s and reports) to enable your colleagues to make qualitative decisions in their daily work. You will proactively perform analytics to reveal new opportunities and areas to improve sales operations and back-office working closely together across the Office of the CFO as well as account teams. The position reports to the Director of Sales Operations, Integration, and Business Analytics. This role can be remote in the US or in the New York City office. What you’ll do: Build operational excellence by supporting Operations, Finance, and Account Teams Initiate and implement analytics that drive incremental insights and improvements across the organization, including the C-Suite and business leadership Make analytics and insights intuitive and easily accessible for all stakeholders Act as a liaison between Account, Finance, and Operations teams Develop and automate customized dashboards tailored to specific business and team needs Create and manage standard operating procedures for all aspects of reporting Analyze, report on, and drive adoption of KPIs and scalable reporting support Develop visually compelling presentations to effectively convey complex data, insights, and recommendations to senior executives and non-technical stakeholders This position is a perfect fit for you if you have: Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment Proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills Highly organized self-starter with attention to detail and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines What you should have: Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or economics 5 years of experience in an analytics or operations role, preferably at a professional services company; consulting experience a plus Proficiency in Domo (or other BI tools), Excel, and Salesforce (or other CRM tools) Experience creating persuasive executive friendly Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts Pay Range: $85,000 - $105,000 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
