What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Cleaner position at Real Clean?
Are you a skilled house cleaner with experience in the field?
We are currently seeking a team of three experienced, self-employed cleaners in Davis County & Salt Lake County. As independent house cleaners, you'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule and work independently.
Pay is $25-45/hour tips
We have so much work available that we are just in need of some amazing house cleaners! Earn more money by working with us, we send you all the work you can handle. If you already have your own clients, that's great! We can help you get more. We guarantee you will be booked & busy.
Must Have:
- 2 years paid house cleaning experience
- Your own reliable transportation
- Your own cleaning supplies
- 3 professional and 3 personal references
- Speak English (conversational okay)
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning houses. Our company offers Deep Cleans, Standard Cleans, Move In/Out Cleans, and short-term rental property cleans
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies
- Effective communication through phone and/or email
- Reliable form of transportation around Salt Lake County
- Cleaning hours are typically 8 a.m.–6 p.m., Monday through Sunday. This is a flexible schedule, choose your own days and hours.
You tell us your availability, what areas you want to work in and what types of cleanings you will accept. We regularly send you cleaning jobs based on what you ask for. Full time or part time is okay.
We take care of advertising, estimates, customer service, scheduling and billing for the clients. You take care of only the cleaning and earn $30-40 per cleaning hour. You're able to keep your already established clientele. We're just here to help you gain more business.
Start Date: ASAP, interview and background screening takes a few days.
