Our local South Florida Real Estate Inspection Service & Engineering Firm is seeking a full-time employee for our Customer Care Coordinator Team to work closely with and support all divisions of the company. The position will be 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. Client Experience Agents are responsible to book all the inspection related services. They answer a multi-line telephone system and schedule the inspectors, emails, chats & texts. The office is busy and fast-paced. Must be able to handle high call volume and high-profile clients. The scheduling is done on the computer, using a proprietary software program designed for this industry. The office opens at 8.30 AM and closes at 7 PM, Monday through Friday. The organization is growing and there is plenty of room for upward mobility. Telemarketing, real estate, and or legal experience is a plus. Benefits to be discussed during the interview process.
