Real Men Real Leaders is an after-school youth leadership program for fifth and sixth grade male students. In the very near future we will start a program for female students. We are currently seeking a Grant Writer who will be tasked with securing and maintaining our current grants, and identifying and applying for new grant opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must pass a back-ground check
  • High School Diploma Required: Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • Communicate effectively in written and oral form

Duties

  • Securing and maintaining current grants
  • Research and apply for new grant opportunities
  • Collaborate with other non-for-profit organizations to maximize grant opportunities
  • Work with Executive Director and Program Director on grant writing strategy
  • Attend board of directors meetings
  • Provide a monthly grant-status report
  • Attend budget committee meetings as needed

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
