The Property Manager/Office Manager is a seasoned property manager with years of experience, and is responsible for providing clients with top-tier customer service and excellence in management services. The office manager demonstrates leadership and creates trust with owners, tenants, and vendors. Our property management services involve helping tenants renew, sign, understand, and abide by their lease agreement. We also work with tenants and vendors to fill maintenance requests, verify and submit invoices for payment, review property owner statements for accuracy, and work with our property owners for needed approvals and notifications. The office manager is also responsible for frequent coordination with the company owner, working with prospective clients in the onboarding process, managing large captital expenditure projects, and asset management. REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years experience in residential, third party property management. Talent, and other relevant experience will also be considered.
- 1 years management experience
- Extremely thorough and detail orientented
- Strong Leadership skills

- Montana Property Management License (or willingness to quickly obtain license)
- Solid decision making skills; capable of principle-based decision making and critical thinking
- Basic accounting knowledge

- Computer proficiency—Microsoft Office/Excel (60 WPM 10 key fluent)
