As a Maintenance Technician you are responsible for supporting all the business’s maintenance activities. Strong candidates will bring a full range of knowledge, including but not limited to; general handyman skills, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, sheetrock installation, landscaping, and HVAC. As a maintenance team member, you will perform tasks assigned and authorized by the company. This position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of Real Property Management.
Essential Responsibilities
- Application and knowledge of general maintenance work and repairs
- Performs and provides exceptional quality work and services
- Performs work in a timely manner
- Schedules, communicates, performs, and invoices quarterly inspections
- Maintains accurate maintenance records including special maintenance addendums and sprinkler, yard care, warranty asset lists, etc.
- Manages all incoming work orders including scheduling, performing, and invoicing
- Maintains the established customer service standards for both owners and tenants
- Collaborates and cross-trains with other maintenance team members (where applicable)
- Ensures that business development targets, maintenance revenue targets, and budgets for the department are met
- Protects and promotes the company culture
- Promptly responds, pursues, and resolves customer and vendor issues
- Manages operation of company maintenance vehicle and maintenance tools
- Assists with after-hours emergency maintenance issues
- Performs other related duties as assigned in support of the overall success of the office team.

Compensation, Work Hours, and Benefits:
This is a full-time opportunity at 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday).
We offer a competitive compensation and benefit package (medical, dental, vision and retirement).
Mileage for personal vehicle used for business is reimbursed at RPM Corporate set limit.
Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual program based on tenure of employment.
Our organization also offers 10 paid Holidays yearly to full time employees.
