Job Title : Technical Help Desk

Work Location : Lincoln, NE 68512
Trainer & Room proctor
-Help employees log into a computer
-Help employees navigate to required learnings
-Notify supervisors when a computer for training is available
-Play a presentation using a computer that highlights company websites.
-Learn to navigate company sites
-Track employees when training is completed by using employee roster
-Must be Tech Savvy
-Intermediate computer skills
-Beginner level problem solving skills
-Hours - Monday-Friday - must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings
-Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese preferred - not required
