We are seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to manage Marketing events throughout the U.S., including but not limited to: tradeshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, webinars, users groups, sponsorships and more. This candidate will ensure that marketing strategies are properly developed and executed to successfully promote the RTI brand.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate RTI’s North American events (virtual and physical) including but not limited to: tradeshows, users groups, seminars, webinars, sponsorships and speaking presentations. For physical events, this role will primarily focus on the U.S. West Coast.
- Work with team members to coordinate pre-event, event and post-event marketing activities and communications
- Manage and track North American event activities including Marketing calendars, web updates, abstract submission, speaking opportunities and panels
- Develop event forms and processes as needed to make event execution more streamlined and effective
- Coordinate onsite event logistics, including: booth staffing, staff registrations and lead gathering
- Communicate event details to key stakeholders and local Sales account teams as necessary
- Manage event, collateral and merchandise shipping logistics ensuring all materials are delivered accurately and on time
- Coordinate with vendors to order and facilitate printing and/or production of collateral, event graphics, booth properties, displays and merchandise
- Help manage lead reporting process including timely lead uploading and tracking in SalesForce as well as campaign creation, entering leads, completing leads information, and monitoring event registrations
- Monitor and assist with maintaining the Marketing budget by tracking expenditures for events and webinars
- Approach event reporting with a data-driven mindset including the tracking of costs, assets and resources, and determining event ROI
- Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines with regards to graphics, messaging, branding, and facilities look and feel
- Serve as overall support for Marketing
- Occasional travel to tradeshows and events for onsite support
Requirements:
- ~2 years of previous working experience in Marketing/Corporate Events in a Corporate or Agency environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong project management skills with a track record of completing projects on-time and on-budget
- Knowledge of Marketing and event management process and best practices
- Ability to prioritize, organize and execute multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Strong work ethic with flexibility to work individually or within a team
- Experience with HubSpot and Pardot a plus including building landing pages, form workflows, emails, lists and data sanitization for list imports
- Experience with Salesforce a plus including lead imports, lead tracking and reporting
- BA/BS or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or related degree
