What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape and Yardwork Laborer position at Real Turf Solutions?
This is a basic worker position doing manual labor in the landscaping industry. Your job duties may vary from day to day depending upon which crew you are placed with. All of it will be hard work and outdoors, so be prepared for the summer heat and winter cold.
LAWN CREW DUTIES
In the lawn maintenance division, you will help provide lawn care services to the properties on the crew's route. You will work under the supervision of the assigned crew leader. Lawn care tasks include work such as weedeating, edging, pulling weeds, picking up trash, trimming bushes, blowing, leaf removal, etc.
Lawn maintenance will involve a lot of walking, especially if you are doing large commercial properties. You will need to be able to work at a steady pace to help complete the properties within the budgeted service time for each visit.
