Job Title: Salesforce Developer/Lead/ArchitectJob Summary:As a Salesforce Developer/Lead/Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and test and deploy Salesforce applications. In addition, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.Responsibilities and Duties:- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning web components- Configure Salesforce features such as workflows, validation rules, and process builder- Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems- Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications- Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for Salesforce development- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce technologies and trendsQualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field- Salesforce Certified Developer/Architect credentials- 5 years of experience developing Salesforce applications- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning web components, and Salesforce configuration- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices- Experience leading a team of developers on Salesforce projects- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment#SalesforceDeveloper #SalesforceLead #SalesforceArchitect #SalesforceJobs #USJobs #ITJobs #TechJobs #Apex #Visualforce #LightningWebComponents #CRM #Certifications #AgileDevelopment #TeamLeadership #CodeReviews
