Corporate Accounting / Billing Specialist (PTX2022-4259)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Corporate Accounting / Billing Specialist is responsible for processing billing for Association clients.
This is an accounting support position in a fast-paced centralized accounting services environment providing financial services to community associations throughout North America.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Work directly with branch, A/R, and association accounting on billing issues.
• Provide customer service to Branches as required.
• Plus other work related tasks as needed

This is not a remote position - office location is in Plano, TX

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in accounting/bookkeeping required
• Strong accounting industry knowledge including standard best practices
• Prior experience in reading/understanding contracts preferred
• Prior experience with accounting software is required
• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, i.e. Pivot Tables, VLookups, Xlookups, all range of formulas, formatting, and interpretation of raw data and graphs
• Work directly with branch, A/R, and association accounting on billing issues.
• Provide customer service to Branches as required.

Pay Rate - $20 - $23 hour BOE
