Marketing Assistant
Job Posting for Marketing Assistant at Realogy
Corcoran is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join its Marketing & Advertising team based in our Executive Office in NYC. The individual will play a critical role in supporting the team with administrative duties and will report to the Agent Marketing team. This is a hybrid position with 1 day per week in the office.
- Field and answer questions from the department inboxes. The department receives over 100 emails per day that require immediate attention.
- Department Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with all subdivisions of the team, agent-facing, digital, education and creative.
- Schedule management for multiple projects at a time
- Tracking overall and specific task progress, helping to make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Assist in execution according to project plan
- Establish a communication schedule to update collaborators including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of a given project
- Assist in planning and coordination of company events as needed
- Copywriting support for the department’s internal communication
- Assisting all agent/managers with instructional materials and inquiries regarding print and email marketing platforms
- Featuring properties on company’s websites
- Providing support with on-boarding new agents including:
- managing business card orders
- coordinating agent head shots from start to finish
- Manage approval queue for web profile changes
- Assist in keeping Marketing team documents up to date on company's intranet
- Set up marketing vendors with accounting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree required
- Marketing/Advertising experience a plus
- Customer service oriented by nature. Ability to handle all situations with diplomacy
- Boundless curiosity and can-do attitude
- Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills
- Adept at juggling multiple priorities and deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in entrepreneurial, collaborative, self- motivated and fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites a plus (specifically InDesign, Illustrator Photoshop)
- Must be willing to travel as needed
