The Director of Loan Originations purpose is to is to source, originate, structure, and close single family and multi-family real estate transactions in the Phoenix, AZ, market, as well as other markets in which we operate.

Qualifications
- Degree from a four-year college or university preferred, with an emphasis in Business, Real Estate Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of Single Family, Multi-Family, and Commercial real estate origination experience.
- Existing book of business and network of relationships within the Phoenix, AZ private lending market.
- Exceptional business acumen, including demonstrated skills in business development, analysis, communication, and presentation skills.

Salary : $85,000 - $115,000
