Real Estate Paralegal, Leasing & Redevelopment

Realty Income is looking to hire a Real Estate Paralegal to provide professional legal services related to leasing and redeveloping the Company's national portfolio of properties, handling new property acquisitions, and supporting the Company's business teams on a broad range of legal matters.

What you will work on:

* Leasing and redevelopment transactions (e.g., build-to suit, ground leases, new multi-tenant construction and outparcel development) to resolve vacancies in the Company's existing portfolio.
* Assisting internal clients regarding myriad legal issues including lease drafting and interpretation, risk mitigation, and title and survey matters.
* Supporting new property acquisitions including diligence review, document preparation, managing closings, and related matters.
* Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders as transactions proceed.
* Interacting with outside counsel with respect to the above as applicable.
* Involvement with a variety of other legal matters relating to the operation and improvement of our ever-expanding portfolio, including renewable energy matters and other ESG initiatives.

What we need from you:

* Bachelor's degree and/or significant experience with commercial real estate transactions
* Ideally 3-5 years of on-point legal experience.
* A paralegal certificate from an ABA approved school is preferred.
* Proven experience in a business environment or otherwise assisting corporate clients.
* Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe.
