Your Responsibilities:

- Stay in touch with potential clients and nurture them.

- Conduct research on the market and property values.

- Meet with potential buyers, assist them with their property search, and show them homes that match their criteria.

- Meet with potential sellers, present your value proposition, and handle the listing and sale of their homes.

- Oversee and manage transactions and related communications, from offer to closing.

- Host open houses.

- Maintain CRM of clients and potential clients.

- Attract potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

- Stay up-to-date with current real estate market trends and changes.

- Become a local neighborhood expert in real estate.

Requirements for this role:

- A valid Real Estate License in the State of Florida is required.

- Self-motivated with high ambition level, high work ethic, and flexibility to accommodate the schedules of potential buyers and sellers.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

- Excellent organization and time management skills.

Pay: $89,900.00 - $350,000.00 per year
