Dining Room Supervisor
As a dining room server, you will be responsible for supervising our beautiful community dining room. You will interact with retired seniors while ensuring that their dining service is of the highest quality.
You will work closely with a team of hard-working and team-oriented servers. You will be a mentor for all servers.

Full-Time : Various shifts :
Various shifts : 10 : 30am - 7pm
10 : 30am - 7pm
12 : 30pm - 9pm
8am - 4 : 30pm
11am - 7 : 30pm
Must work at least one weekend day.

Job Description
Every shift, you will courteously greet and provide service to our dining room guests. You may answer questions about menu items and assist guests with any dietary needs or concerns.
You will supervise the physical appearance of the dining room area and wait stations. You will work with management to coordinate staff for special functions and large parties.
You will assist with scheduling daily work assignments and personnel shifts.
What you will bring
Our ideal candidate will be reliable and a kind mentor to the dining room servers.
- Minimum of two years supervisory experience in front of house operations in a hotel, restaurant, or club; fine dining experience preferred.
- Must have strong time-management and organizational skills.
- High school diploma / GED. Courses in Hospitality Management or dining room operations from college or trade school preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work with residents, guests, visitors, families, managers, and peers. Requires courtesy, tact, and graciousness.
- Ability to work in a safe manner complying with all department and Community safety policies and procedures.
- Legally Authorized to work in the United States
