ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Utilize Sales skills on qualified appointments
o Meet and build rapport with customers in their homes
o Determine their design needs
o Educate customers by presenting the Re-Bath solution
o Close sales
- Utilize Project and Design skills on qualified appointments
o Conduct job site measuring
o Photograph spaces appropriately
o Create designs with customers
o Select appropriate products
o Correctly calculate costs of projects
- Learn and implement the Re-Bath Franchise Sales system, tools, training, and resources
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 2 years of direct to customer sales experience; in-home sales experience a plus
- Home improvement related sales experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Responsible and reliable
- Coachable mindset
- Competitive by nature
- Clean driving record and background check
- Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic
- Desire to help your clients find the best solutions for their needs
- Independent, self-motivated, disciplined, high achiever
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $76,562.36 - $100,161.13 per year
