The Analyst - IT Asset Management position will be responsible for lifecycle management of all IT hardware, software, and service agreements. Responsibilities encompass purchasing, deployment, in-service tracking, and EOL procedures of all goods and services within IT. Our mission is to keep our business running effectively while maintaining a healthy, compliant IT asset environment.

This role reports to the Head of IT.

What your mission is:

  • Drive the vision and roadmap of our Asset Management team, overseeing tooling, process, and measurement.
  • You will partner with IT engineering teams, product managers, and IT leadership to own our global service lifecycle.
  • You will build programs, manage to meet scale, and oversee the general budget process for the IT business.


You may be fit for this role if your expertise aligns to:

  • Driving the roadmap & day-to-day operations of IT Asset Management, partnering to oversee logistics across the IT team around the globe.
  • Ensuring IT inventory (hardware & software) are sufficient to complete daily operations.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key IT equipment vendors.
  • Developing new processes to increase productivity while driving for automation everywhere.
  • Physically receiving and storing IT assets.
  • Delivering required inventory to IT departments and locations, overseeing shipping and receiving.
  • Developing and overseeing measurement of the IT Asset Lifecycle and related IT services.
  • Developing and managing the IT Service offering.
  • Documenting and refining IT equipment inventory processes.

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience directly managing IT assets in an Enterprise environment.
  • Preferred knowledge and experience with MacOS, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android; standard desktop application licensing, purchasing systems, Atlassian Tools, physical system installation and configuration, basic networking.
  • Excellent attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Refined the current process or building from scratch the necessary processes and procedures to develop the ITAM program further.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

The Nature of our Work:

Many of the national security programs that are supported by Rebellion's products operate in secure environments and access to those spaces and the data in them may require an active personnel security clearance. It is a requirement of this position that you are able to obtain and hold a personnel security clearance at the right level.
