HOW YOU LL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Customer Commercial Management: Develop pricing/commercial proposals and negotiate with customer. Build strong customer relationships, understand customer commercial requirements, and develop proposals that meet customer requirements and create value for Rebo.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Deliver customer s information, solve customer s problems, receive requests of information, provide solutions, proposals, and obtain feedback.
  • Responsible for both internal product costing & external product pricing
  • Commercial Savings Planning / Negotiation (contractual LTA, Resin, etc) - Current and Future year
  • Identify, pursue, and realize commercial opportunities that improve Rebo financial performance.
  • Fulfill customer requirements to address pricing and commercial needs that include creation of customers price breakdown forms, tooling price breakdown forms, and various requests for information.
  • Secure PO and release to internal departments; May include population of customers online quotation systems.
  • Customer negotiation of engineering/product Changes.
  • ED&D Negotiation / Purchase Order Receipt.
  • Commercial Savings Forecasting / Implementation (contractual LTA, Resin, etc) - Current and Future year.
  • Awarded Program Financial Tracking (Budget, Recovery, etc).
  • Tooling Budget Management / Recovery (Payment).
  • Capital Appropriations Request (CAR) & Feasibility Study.
  • Maintain Launch Expense Budget and Tracking.
  • Profit analysis for SOP X months to analyze the profitability of project in production as compared to business case.
  • Prepares targets for purchasing on purchase part costs.
  • Change Management / Drive Program Profitability Improvement (Launch & Production).
  • Collaborate with operations regarding cost standards.
  • Provide monthly financial updates for program reviews.
  • Customer Price Breakdown Form Development / Maintenance / History.
  • Customer Commercial Open Issues (Purchasing, Supply chain, Tooling, Operations, A/R)
  • Service Account Management (RFQ, supply chain, plant move, etc)
  • Load & maintain Customer Portals.

YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES

  • Bachelor s degree in finance or accounting; Master s degree preferred.
  • 5 Years Combined Finance Controller/Finance Management and/or Sales Experience; Manufacturing/Automotive experience preferred.
  • 3 years experience in a customer facing Automotive Sales (Tier 1 or Tier 2).
  • Must possess strong understanding of product & manufacturing costs and ability to price products competitively and profitable
  • Proficient with multiple computer systems.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint).
  • QAD/SAP/PLEX or similar.
  • Ability to communicate succinctly on technical information to nontechnical audience.
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data efficiently; create meaningful charts as needed to highlight issues, progress, priorities.
  • High aptitude for problem solving to resolve business, financial, customer, and organizational issues.
  • Proven interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Must possess highly effective analytical skills in areas of accounting, critical thinking, analysis and communication.
  • Ability to travel: visit customers within North America, visit Rebo operations and travel periodically to other locations with potential for international travel
