Carpenter Apprentice/Laborer

We want to hire you.

You do not need tools, truck or experience to enter our Apprentice Program.

You will get 100% paid training to learn and master the Carpentry trade.

Reborn Cabinets is California’s oldest and largest Kitchen & Bath remodeler. We install about 400 jobs every 30 days. On a monthly basis we sell an additional 8-10 million dollars’ worth of new projects that must be installed by people just like you.

Everything is 100% American made.

Our paid Apprentice Program is a world class program designed to give you the skills needed to advance you to a Lead Carpenter in 4-to-6-months. You will learn trade secrets and process from one of America’s most respected remodeling companies.

Compensation:

· Training Pay: $16 to $22 per hour (depending on your experience)

· Lead Carpenter Pay: $23-$40 (depending on your skill level)

· Cell phone allowance, mileage reimbursement

· Medical. Dental, Vision, Life, and Accidental insurance

· 401k

Schedule:

· Monday – Friday (Must work every other Saturday)

· Daily and weekly overtime

Career Path:

· 100% paid training

· Lead Training after 90 days

· Run your own teams and jobs in 6-9 months

Requirements:

· Ability to service a 40-mile radius from home address

· Ability to work overtime daily and on Saturdays

· Maintain a work truck or van (or ability to acquire one within 90 days)

· Ability to read basic measurements

· Pass background check

· Pass drug test and physical

· Excellent personal character- coachable, driven to succeed with a strong work ethic
