We are looking for experienced plumbers to join an award-winning team and assist with our national expansion.   Key Responsibilities: Conversions of bath to shower installations which include demo, plumbing, tile and more. Understand how to install acrylic and composite shower surrounds and perform shower valve Installation of showers pans and bathtubs. Perform daily check-ins and monthly one-on-ones with staff and ensure your team has everything they need to perform their job effectively. Work with multiple departments, customers, and installers to coordinate and manage the installation of in-home bath remodeling projects Be willing to learn the Reborn Process!   Requirements: 2 years of plumbing experience (required) 2 years of drywall, framing, tile, painting, electrical (preferred) Must have a valid driver's license with valid vehicle insurance Must be able to pass a background screening High standard of integrity and professionalism Must be customer service driven Must be in good physical condition with no limits on bending, stooping, walking, standing, and ability to lift up to 50lbs.   Schedule: Full time M-F & some Saturdays (Overtime may be required)   What We Offer: $25-$45 an hour Complete Benefits Package (Health, Dental, Vision) Opportunities for growth and advancement More about us: Reborn Cabinets is a family owned and operated kitchen and bath manufacturing, remodeling, and window installation company.
