As a Technical Enablement Manager, you will play a key role within our Sales, Solutions, and Partnerships (SSP) team at Recharge, working closely with leadership across technical and business facing teams as we accelerate our go-to-market strategy.
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and managing technical learning programs for Implementations, Solutions Engineering, and Account Management teams across our pre-sales, post-sales, and renewal processes. An ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge, business acumen, and strong communication skills. Come prepared to act as a key player of the SSP Enablement Team, rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.
What you'll do
Build and maintain enablement and accreditation programs for technical field facing teams
Partner with enablement captains from the Solutions team on development and delivery of enablement content that can be adjusted to meet the needs of audiences with varying levels of technical depth
Work closely with Product Marketing and Product Support to understand product positioning and messaging to ensure the GTM teams receive technical enablement prior to new releases
Synthesize repeated one-off trainings, FAQs, and documentation into reusable training content with the support of the SSP Enablement team
Deliver live and recorded trainings leveraging content developed by or with the SSP Enablement team
Use Metrics to track engagement, ramp success, and performance improvements as well as prepare reports for stakeholders on these metrics and measure the effectiveness of sales enablement investments
What you’ll bring
5 years of relevant technical experience, specifically 2 years of experience in content creation, enablement, or product marketing in at a fast-paced company
Experience enabling APIs for developers and understanding of software development cycle
Knowledge of JS and CSS preferred
Execution-oriented with a strong operational background and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives, achieve stakeholder buy-in, and a track record of making data driven decisions
Experience working cross-functionally to build successful content and training programs and can provide examples
An appreciation for a fast-paced, dynamic environment and ability to balance strategic priorities with high-quality, tactical execution
Proven ability to work independently with a “make it happen” attitude and ability to perform in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity
