Key Responsibilities


You’ll succeed because you will…

  • support the brand teams in the building of Communication Strategy material for each of the key brands. The Data Driven strategy will be your pilar to achieve growth, leading to value creation and media & organization productivity.
  • translate these audiences into platforms, ensuring you select the right data points to keep them true to strategy as well as buyable, scalable and differentiated, and will keep a log of what audiences you are activating, how these are translated into platforms and how these evolve over time
  • support key brands in shifting their audience activation strategy to future-proof tactics and will do so while championing an ethical approach to consumer data.
  • own in-platform audience analytics and ensure that relevant insights are surfaced and appropriately democratized across the business.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or business (MBA a plus)
  • 5 years of work experience in marketing or communications
  • A strategic and big-picture thinker, grounded in analytics and optimization, who can clearly, simply, and convincingly articulate the role digital channels play in the marketing landscape, contextualize the value of digital for overall business goals and translate complex thinking into simple language that senior management can understand.
  • Natural curiosity and desire to help brands team achieve their goals
  • Commercial, naturally driven, and high energy to constantly rise to the challenge
  • You will be confident in presenting both internally and externally
  • High proficiency in ad tech and marketing automation systems, particularly Sales Force Marketing Cloud and Google Marketing Platform. Hands on experience with the latter is a must.
  • Experience with Media Marketing Attribution (MMX, MTA, Sales Lift Studies, Google Analytics). And knowledge of programmatic media buying Agency Trading desks, DMPs and CRM databases.
  • Understanding of digital tagging implementation and QA process.
