Analyzing, reconciling, and reviewing inventory valuation reports.

Monitors inventory activities from purchase of raw material through the production process to finished goods. Balance-sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items. Special attention to accounts like, GRIR. Support monthly expense and spend provision workings.

Open PO analysis and chase teams to close PO not required.

Fixed assets registers maintenance. Work with engineering to understand disposal, additions and spending to have a fully controlled and reconciled Fixed assets register.

Maintains integrity of general ledger transactions.

Performs complex analyses of specific cost centers and variances.

Performs and analyzes cost trends.

Perform a weekly reconciliation on temporary labor & overtime before processing payment to 3rd party.

Performs other general accounting and administrative tasks as required. Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
- 1-3 years of experience working in the accounting/finance field with a medium to large company.
- Must possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to assess business risks and trends
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others across functional lines and at all levels of the organization and drive performance.
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
- SAP Experience is good to have.
- Strong knowledge of MS office - Excel, knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus.
- Ability to manage and organize large quantum of data.
- Must display resilience to get through tight month-end closing and plan/forecast deadlines.
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance.

USD $65,000.00 - $97,000.00
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
