What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager, Marketing position at Reckitt?
Core Responsibilities
You will focus on three core areas of cross-functional collaboration:
1) Marketing Operations – Govern and operate marketing calendar to ensure teams time is managed and load-balanced.
2) Product Enhancements – Participate as a “Consult” in meetings where product formulation and/or label changes are being discussed and coordinate back with respective cross-functional teams to ensure requirements and approvals are delivered on-time.
3) Change Management – New Product Launch, Product Discontinuations, or other Product Initiatives including supply forecasting inputs and documentation. With SKU discontinuations, Coordinator will liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication to customers, such as institutional accounts, GPOs, distributors, and retailers.
- 50% Creating, deploying and managing project requirements, schedules and implementation plans.
- 30% Participating in cross-department meetings and coordinating across stakeholders
- 20% Evaluating and driving process improvements
Detailed Responsibilities
- Prepare deploy and manage timelines for marketing functional meetings and documents such as Strategy Planning, Financial Planning, Key Marketing Deployment Meetings projects. Leverage GANTT or other forms to help load balance avoiding team burn-out. Lead weekly stand-ups with Marketing Leaders to communicate upcoming priorities and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain a healthy working relationship with all the different departments within the company to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Evaluate workflows using project management processes such as retrospectives and post-mortems to improve future processes.
- Carry out other supervisory responsibilities and coordinate with marketing teams for needed inputs in cross-functional processes such as formulation changes.
- Develop and maintain project files and other similar documentation within the marketing project domain ranging from logging and tracking to charts and instructions including updating repositories like Sharepoint of cross-marketing documents.
- Ensure that the team’s marketing project goals are understood and all the required communication tools identified to achieve those goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience in marketing organizations / familiar with consumer goods marketing functions and timelines
- Experience with project management theory or PMP certification and has applied those skills to improve organizational prioritization, and decision-making.
- Has shown ability to effectively collaborate and communicate across disciplines to keep up project velocity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Monday, JIRA, or other relevant workflow tools.
- Scrum certificate or six sigma

Salary : $85,400 - $108,000
