Currently RECONN is seeking an Internal Field Auditor for the Hauppauge, NY area.
The starting pay for this position is $16-$18/hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze paperwork submitted by field technicians by accessing electronic records and verifying accuracy of the work performed
- Document errors and communicate issues directly to the technician and Supervisors for resolution
- Contact clients to assist in resolution of existing issues
- Track and document trends in work performance based on data analysis

Requirements:
- High school education or GED required; some college preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Outlook
- Proficient at using current technology; smartphone and tablet applications
- Experience analyzing paperwork, photographs, and data trends preferred
- Utility experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Valid driver's license required
- You will be required to pass a drug screen
- Employment is contingent upon passing relevant qualification exams
