What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior People Administrator position at Recorded Future?
Recorded Future’s People team is seeking a People Administrator who will oversee the administration, maintenance, and continuous development of Workday. This role will serve as the first point of contact for the business and partner closely with various key stakeholders to ensure system growth and scalability as well as troubleshooting issues.
What you will do as the People Administrator:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Workday support
- Partner with the People Team for ongoing enhancements and maintenance for several Workday modules (Core HCM, Time/Absence, Talent, Benefits, etc). Escalate any complex issues to external post production support team and managing ticketing system
- Project manage any further Phase X implementations and upgrades through collaborating with key stakeholders
- Provide regular Workday support to the People team through frequent auditing and running custom reports/dashboards. Audits include job profiles, census, org structures, etcPartner with the Security and IT teams on scaling any processes that the People shares with the two teams (integrations, access, security groups, etc)
- Create and maintain any Workday job aids/guides for the business on our company intranet page
What you will bring as the People Administrator:
- 4 years of experience with Workday administration and HR
- Passionate about systems and processes/process enhancement
- Globally collaborative with strong communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills, self-management, interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to exercise strong judgment and independently take appropriate actions within defined HR policies and procedures in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gsuite, and Mac computers
