As a Repossession Agent, you are responsible for efficiently securing collateral, using safe towing practices, following all applicable rules, laws and working within company policies.
You will be skilled at talking with customers, educating them as to the "process" while maintaining calm, mitigating conflict yet still securing your collateral! You understand how to work within a team but also work efficiently and effectively by yourself. You are a self motivated individual and need little to know and driven to be successful.
This is a driving based position in a Tow Truck. We offer weekly pay (based on experience) combined with lucrative team based performance bonuses. Everyone here works towards achieving a common single goal that rewards the team as a whole with accelerators for those that perform consistently at the top of their game.
Exciting News: We have a fleet camera cars recently upgraded and outfitted with the latest LPR scanning equipment available in the industry! You will be responsible for picking up vehicles found by the LPR fleet and independently on your own.
We are hiring multiple drivers for 3rd shift.
Towing experience in a rollback or wheel lift is a big help to your learning curve but not required. Repossession experience a plus but we will train the right candidate. We do offer a signing Bonus after 90 days on the job based on experience, skill set and performance

Mandatory Requirements:
- Be able to pass a standard DOT examination and obtain your DOT "Medical Card"
- Valid Driver's License with CLEAN Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) (no more than 2 pts in last three years)
- Pass Drug Test
- Pass 15 year Criminal Background Check **NO FELONIES**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
