Job Posting for Director of Outpatient Services at Recovery Centers of America
Position Overview: The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for the development of our outpatient services.
Responsibilities:
- Follows program policies/procedures to ensure consistency with the regulatory laws and standards.
- Provides direct clinical service to patients in the outpatient department as needed.
- Conducts qualitative audits related to documentation in the electronic medical records and provides guidance to staff as needed.
- Hires, trains, coaches, retains talent within the Outpatient department.
- Participates in the planning and evaluation of clinical programs and services.
- Troubleshoots clinically related problems and rolls out clinical initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
- Professional licensure in state of operation required, LADC1, LMHC, LISCW.
- Management experience overseeing the work of other clinicians.
- Experience with developing an outpatient practice.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
