Recruit Secure is collaborating with our client in seeking an experienced Corporate HR Manager for direct hire. Our client owns and operates several for-profit, long -term care facilities i.e., Skilled Nursing Homes in Texas. The Human Resources Corporate Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting 6 Human Resources departments located within the Nursing Homes. This includes overseeing recruitment and onboarding of staff, I-9 documentation, supporting employee programs and labor relations, and assuring that each facility is meeting healthcare regulatory compliance and following company policies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR policies and best practices, experience working in long-term care or a Skilled Nursing home, and should possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. This position reports directly to the Executive Director. This position is located on-site in Monsey, NY. Salary and a full benefits package are offered as well as other perks.
