The Opportunity
As their Group Product Manager, Consumer Engagement, you'll drive exciting, cross-org, cross-functional Consumer Engagement initiatives that will engage & delight millions of users around the world while creating value for their merchants and the company’s business.

The ideal candidate has launched & scaled global consumer products across platforms (mobile & web) and can effectively lead a team of user researchers, designers, engineers, data scientists, financial analysts, and marketers to define superior customer value propositions, user experiences, success metrics, and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage a team of PM to launch, scale, & refine two major global consumer-facing initiatives (0 → 1 opportunities)
- Identify new ways to engage & retain their customers and bring them to life with compelling Product experiences
- Align key internal & external stakeholders, including Executives, on prioritization, resourcing, and reporting
- Create and manage product roadmaps & backlogs that span 12-18 months
Who are you? (Qualifications)
Like them, you’ll be deeply committed to delivering positive outcomes for customers and passionate about shaping the future of the company.
- 8 years of consumer-facing product management experience
- Self-starter with a track record of delivering impact in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication skills
- Bias for action and attention to detail
- Experience managing 3 or more PMs (preferred)
- Engineering/Quantitative degree MBA (preferred)
