About the role:

We are seeking a talented and driven Product Lead to guide the development and launch of our groundbreaking decentralized GPU marketplace and AI inference API service. The successful candidate will work closely with our engineering, design, and business teams to define and execute the product strategy, ensuring the successful adoption of our MVP products. What you will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and prioritize features that align with market needs and drive adoption
• Conduct extensive market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to validate product-market fit and inform product decisions
• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and ensures market growth
• Work closely with the engineering and design team to define and maintain a lean, iterative product roadmap that prioritizes high-impact features
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success, user engagement, and market penetration
• Facilitate rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making to optimize the product and ensure market fit
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and address technical challenges and constraints early in the development process
• Communicate product progress, insights, and learnings to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring alignment and buy-in
• Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team, ensuring that user needs and feedback are at the forefront of product development
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in decentralized systems and AI to identify new growth opportunities

We’re looking for people who meet the following requirements:

• 6 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful developer tools from 0 to 1
• Experience with GPU computing, distributed systems, or AI inference services
• Strong understanding of decentralized technologies, blockchain, and AI/ML concepts
• Deep understanding of developer needs, pain points, and workflows, with experience building APIs, SDKs, or developer platforms
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams
• Experience leading and building high functioning product teams with the ability to quickly deliver and improve delightful developer products
