- Lead/plan projects comprised of electrical, software & mechanical engineering teams with timely execution
- Build and coordinate a global technical team that resides in Texas, China and Taiwan
- Understand and break down key business directives into actionable technical tasks and delegate workloads across teams to encourage efficiency
- Manage engineering approval process internally and with customer stakeholders
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverable
- Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial change
