We are expanding! On Point is a leading consumer/corporate business data capture group. We conduct market research surveys, and live agent assist services, within world class sporting, entertainment & retail venues. We promote customer engagement through “live incentives” that induce immediate consumer action & excitement while connecting consumer data to our brand partners and linking the overall entertainment value with the consumer experience.
We are seeking one individual to join our team as “Area Production Manager”. This role will be the driving force behind the team’s success so please, only highly motivated individuals need apply.
· Successful Candidate will have:
· must have experience in managing in person appointment setting and other consumer faced marketing “call to action” campaigns.
· experience in managing or leading live promotions/activations, marketing or street teams.
· Minimum of entry level administration skills like staff scheduling, low-level venue communications, time-entry verifications & payroll review.
· ability to work cohesively with the recruiting department to perform final interviews and staff training.
· Ability to perform low-level equipment and technology trouble shooting with the help of the IT support team.
· drive to always be thinking of new and innovative ways to increase production through continued training and program enhancements.
· the ability to harness the excitement and energy of the venues to motivate themselves and their team.
· positive energy that creates a fun and exciting work environment that is expressed through the Activations Team to the patrons who are there to have a good time!
· We are looking for individuals who;
- are goal oriented.
- are team players and can train and lead employees through On-The-Job training.
- have exceptional interpersonal, communications and presentation skills to successfully develop and maintain relationships with venue Management and Staff as well as the On Point Brand Ambassadors and Field Marketing Agents.
- are independent workers and can self-manage when working from a home office environment.
- will enjoy working in the exciting, fast paced environment of onsite entertainment marketing and promotions.
- are looking for a non-traditional work time schedule and are skilled in time management.
